We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic Sales professionals looking to capitalize on a rewarding career.
Office Shines is a residential and office cleaning service throughout the state of Texas. Our goal is to provide a phenomenal cleaning experience to our clients. We need your help!
Work includes assisting potential customers with their janitorial cleaning needs at scheduled sales appointments set for you. Tour, assess, and present recommendations/ options to customers for cleaning services, including pressure washing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and window cleaning. Provide customer service within the guidelines of the Companies Policies and Procedures.
Paid sales training, Paid bi-weekly, W-2 employee. Most sales leads are vetted and set for you, Complete sales/marketing and Install teams to support you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Run scheduled appointments set for you.
- E-mail sales, installation and finance information to the finance manager and/or CSM (Customer Sales Manager)
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries/personal visits.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Attend networking events to establish new relationships.
Requirements:
- Language – Bilingual Spanish Preferred but not Required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as marketing and accounting reports and correspondences. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Mathematical – Ability to ad, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Recommended previous experience in janitorial cleaning industry.
- High level of motivation.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Reliable transportation to commute around the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.
- Must pass background check.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Frequently required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions

Salary: $38,000.00 – $45,750.00 per year DOE
Commission/Bonus Pay: Quarterly payout of 5% annual income
